Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation strategy with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling disruptive products to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, or biotech
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Strong PMP or similar innovation certification preferred
- Experience securing federal/state grants for R&D initiatives
