- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market projections
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify and validate disruptive opportunities
- Analyze competitive landscapes and emerging regulatory impacts on future markets
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Maintain partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Manage innovation KPIs and ROI tracking for future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Strong financial modeling and market analysis capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in innovation management or futurism preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives launched 2020-2025
