- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Build and mentor high-performing innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive opportunities
- Drive patent portfolios and IP protection strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or technology leadership
- Proven track record scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or relevant field
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies (Stage-Gate, Lean Startup)
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management
- Certifications in Innovation Management or Technology Strategy preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation
