Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and maintain a robust technology roadmap that aligns with our long-term business goals and 2026 strategic milestones.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development initiatives in emerging fields, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Autonomous Systems.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and board members.
- Prototyping & Validation: Build high-fidelity prototypes to validate new concepts before full-scale implementation.
- Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets or partnership opportunities within the tech ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and machine learning frameworks.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of identifying market gaps and executing innovative solutions that drive revenue growth.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Agility: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and pivot strategies quickly.
