Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy with 5+ in futurism/foresight
- PhD in Computational Physics or equivalent quantum/AI expertise
- Published work in Nature/Science on technology convergence trends
- Proven track record scaling quantum computing initiatives
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., WFS/ACF)
