Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ patents
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neural-symbolic AI
- Proven track record securing DoD/NASA innovation grants
- Published IEEE/ACM papers on post-quantum cryptography
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global collaboration
