Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching disruptive products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuromorphic systems)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Strong network with venture capital and government innovation agencies
