Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 product roadmap integrating quantum-AI-biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional labs prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants and strategic partnerships
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging technology incubation programs
- File 5+ patents annually for novel human augmentation systems
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on 10-year technology horizons
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ breakthrough products launched
- Proven track record securing $20M+ in innovation funding
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ technical specialists
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Portfolio of 3+ commercially deployed AI-bio interfaces
