- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with quantifiable impact metrics

- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR) across product lines
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against quarterly milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching industry-disrupting products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, spatial computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
