Qualifications

- Deep knowledge of quantum computing protocols and AI ethics
- Published research in Nature/Science journals preferred
- Certified in Scrum@Scale and TOGAF Enterprise Architecture
- Experience scaling teams to 200+ engineers across 3 continents
