- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5+ year commercialization potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation with long-term business objectives
- Manage a $50M+ innovation portfolio and oversee proof-of-concept development
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members quarterly
- Build and lead a team of 15+ futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or MBA with tech focus
- 10+ years in innovation management with 5+ at executive level
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 2020+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting
- Strong network with global research institutions and tech pioneers
