- Manage a portfolio of R&D projects with budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Present breakthrough findings to stakeholders and industry thought leaders at global forums
- Mentor a team of 10+ specialists in future technologies and innovation methodologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
