Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026-era technologies including quantum computing integration and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, designers, and futurists through rapid prototyping cycles
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through investor pitches and federal grant applications
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough AI and biotech innovations
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement futuristic solutions
- Present at Davos, CES, and other global innovation summits
- Mentor next-gen talent through our Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or Futurist Studies
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ unicorn-scale innovations
- Proven track record of securing $10M+ in venture funding
- Expertise in emerging tech stacks (quantum AI, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global partnerships
- Portfolio of 5+ patents in emerging technology domains
