Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation roadmap targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Lead R&D initiatives in next-gen technologies (quantum computing, bio-integrated systems, etc.)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Present future-vision frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor a team of 15+ researchers and innovators
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or product development leadership
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech, or sustainable systems)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strategic planning experience with 5-year roadmaps
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budget management
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
