Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead $15M+ innovation portfolios with 30% annual growth targets
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, NASA, and global tech accelerators
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor 12-person cross-disciplinary team of futurists and engineers
- Drive patent development and IP commercialization initiatives
- Oversee ethical compliance for emerging technologies (GDPR, AI Ethics Board)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years at director/VP level
- Proven track record launching products with $50M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, generative AI, and climate-tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Experience securing Series C+ funding for disruptive ventures
