Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end innovation sprints for 2026-era technologies including quantum AI, biometric interfaces, and autonomous systems
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with existing enterprise architectures
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops with C-suite executives, academic researchers, and venture partners
- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis to identify disruptive trends and paradigm shifts
- Present innovation frameworks to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven prioritization and risk mitigation protocols

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching commercialized products with future-focused capabilities
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Futures Studies, or MBA with innovation focus
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) or Technology Impact Assessment

- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful technology commercialization case studies
