Responsibilities

- Strand 3: Secure $10M+ in annual R&D funding through grant proposals and partnerships
- Strand 4: Present quarterly innovation briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Strand 5: Mentor 10-person innovation squad in future-focused methodologies
- Strand 6: Establish industry-wide standards for 2026 technology adoption
Qualifications
- Quantum 1: PhD in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent industry leadership
- Quantum 2: 12+ years scaling breakthrough technologies (VC-backed or Fortune 500)
- Quantum 3: Proven track record securing $5M+ in research funding
- Quantum 4: Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Quantum 5: Expertise in at least two 2026-critical domains: quantum, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Quantum 6: Active participation in World Economic Forum or similar futurist forums
