Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration
- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, Web4.0)
- Drive innovation sprints with Fortune 500 partners to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and Board of Directors for $2B+ portfolio decisions
- Manage $15M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused KPIs
- Champion ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech standards
- Build partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy/innovation with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record scaling emerging tech from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence
- Executive-level stakeholder management with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
