Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs and agile implementation frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop next-gen AI/ML solutions with embedded ethical governance protocols
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech convergence, AR/VR evolution)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for co-innovation
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for breakthrough 2026 technologies
- Mentor innovation fellows and cultivate a future-ready culture within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with 2020+ adoption impact
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: generative AI, quantum algorithms, and sustainable architecture
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals on future technologies
- Fluency in innovation frameworks (Design Sprints, Lean Startup, Stage-Gate)
- Experience scaling global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
