Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in leadership

- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks
- Track record of scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+
- Secured $10M+ in innovation funding
