Qualifications
- 10+ years in product development or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies
- Expertise in sustainability tech (carbon capture, circular economy)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficiency in agile, lean startup, and design thinking frameworks
- Experience with emerging tech (AI ethics, quantum computing)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) preferred
