- Identify emerging market trends and competitive threats through data-driven analysis
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and investors for funding approval
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching futuristic technologies to market
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budgeting and ROI modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Portfolio of 3+ transformative projects launched in the past 5 years
