Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives or R&D departments in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of current and future trends in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, and Digital Transformation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving projects from concept to completion.
- Relevant advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Technology Management preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically while maintaining a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
