- Develop and implement the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with long-term business objectives

- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive leadership and investors

- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused prioritization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Track record of launching market-first products or services
- Strong financial acumen with large-scale budget management
- Executive presence with excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business preferred
