Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead ideation workshops to identify breakthrough opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of experimental projects from concept to pilot deployment
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term strategy
- Build and mentor high-performing teams of researchers, engineers, and product specialists
- Secure strategic partnerships and funding for emerging technology initiatives
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes to identify competitive advantages
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, or quantum computing)
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs or corporate ventures
- Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
