Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and climate-resilient systems
- Lead R&D initiatives targeting 3+ disruptive patents in neural interface hardware
- Direct cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and futurists
- Secure $5M+ annual funding through NSF and DARPA partnerships
- Present breakthrough findings at TEDx and World Economic Forums
- Drive commercialization of lab-to-market innovations in 18-month cycles
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, Robotics, or Quantum Engineering
- 7+ years leading R&D teams in AI or quantum computing
- Published 20+ peer-reviewed papers on emerging technologies
- Expertise in ISO 20700 foresight methodology and scenario planning
- Proven track record of commercializing lab innovations
- Security clearance for DoD/NASA projects preferred
