Responsibilities

- Secure and manage $10M+ in R&D funding through federal grants and private partnerships
- Lead cross-functional teams of 20+ engineers, designers, and researchers
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board of directors
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record securing $5M+ in R&D funding
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or blockchain systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conferences
- Experience building and scaling R&D teams of 20+ professionals
