Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI/ML-driven solutions for complex industry challenges
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, Web3, AR/VR) for strategic implementation
- Drive R&D initiatives that deliver 10x improvements in efficiency and user experience
- Collaborate with C-suite to secure $50M+ annual innovation budget
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in innovation strategy
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and exponential technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ innovators
- Published thought leader in top-tier tech journals (e.g., Nature, IEEE)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
