Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia and industry disruptors
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget with agile resource allocation
- Drive ethical innovation frameworks for 2026+ technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or product innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough products from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Experience building and leading high-performing innovation teams
- Strong understanding of emerging policy landscapes affecting tech
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech ethics
- Proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
