Responsibilities

- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental thinking
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for pilot projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful tech innovations
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with innovation frameworks (e.g., Lean Startup, Design Thinking)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
