Responsibilities
- Lead strategic R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, synthetic biology)
- Identify and validate disruptive market opportunities through trend analysis and stakeholder interviews
- Develop innovation roadmaps aligning with 10-year technological forecasts
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and commercial teams
- Secure patents and intellectual property for breakthrough innovations
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external investors
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business preferred
