- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 technology landscapes
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and resource allocation for high-impact projects
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused methodologies and exponential thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in strategic foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies (portfolio required)
- Expertise in exponential technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AR/VR
- Certification in futures thinking or strategic innovation (e.g., CFTE, CFI)
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or venture capital
- Deep understanding of 2030 technology trajectories and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across C-suite, investors, and technical teams
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
