Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptive threats/opportunities
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI for futuristic projects
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation frameworks to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience scaling innovation teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong background in ethical tech development and sustainable innovation
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
