- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing next-gen AI systems and quantum computing applications
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies, preparing patent portfolios and IP protection strategies
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members securing $50M+ annual R&D budget
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 10+ years of R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives from concept to commercial deployment
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience securing executive buy-in
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with ESG integration and UN SDG alignment in tech development
- Portfolio of successfully launched innovations with measurable market impact
