Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen tech frameworks for 2026+ adoption (quantum, bio-digital convergence, neuromorphic computing)
- Lead moonshot projects with $50M+ R&D budgets across quantum, climate AI, and synthetic biology domains
- Partner with US government agencies (DARPA, DOE) to define national tech roadmaps
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams of PhDs and industry disruptors
- File 5+ patents annually in exponential technology domains
- Present at Davos, TED, and White House Tech Summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Synthetic Biology, or equivalent exponential tech field
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Proven track record delivering $10M+ tech commercializations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, bio-digital interfaces, or AGI safety
- Security clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI
- Portfolio of deployed systems impacting >1M users
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
