Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and research teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment in enterprise environments
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite stakeholders and investor committees
- Mentor junior futurists and establish thought leadership through industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies (AI/quantum/biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFMP) or equivalent experience
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and responsible innovation
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Portfolio of implemented innovation projects with measurable outcomes
