Responsibilities

- Build and lead cross-functional innovation teams spanning engineering, design, and futurism

- Present strategic innovation plans to investors and board members securing multi-million dollar funding
- Monitor global tech trends and competitor landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 10+ years of R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural interfaces, or sustainable energy systems
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding with successful ROI delivery
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar top-tier publications
- Prior experience building and scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
- Mastery of scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
