Responsibilities
- Strategic Horizon Scanning: Conduct deep-dive analysis on global trends, technological advancements, and market shifts expected to dominate in 2026.
- Roadmap Development: Translate complex future scenarios into actionable, multi-year strategic roadmaps for executive leadership.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead internal innovation labs to prototype and validate concepts relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future strategies to diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment across R&D, Product, and Marketing.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor emerging competitors and "blue ocean" opportunities that will define the market in 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in strategic planning, futurism, or high-level consulting.
- Education: MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or Futuristics.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Web3 technologies.
- Analytical Skills: Proven track record of using data modeling and predictive analytics to forecast market trends.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
