- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal R&D initiatives and pilot programs to test and validate disruptive technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or strategic technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or executive advisory role.
- Strategic Insight: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Web3) and their potential impact on business models.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technology transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences, from C-suite executives to developers.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and navigate uncertainty in fast-paced environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
