Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision for next-generation AI models and neural networks.
- Design scalable microservices and cloud infrastructure to support high-volume data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable product roadmaps.
- Implement best practices for MLOps, ensuring model deployment, monitoring, and retraining pipelines are robust.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies, including generative AI and quantum computing interfaces, to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design patterns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
