Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration, biotech convergence, and sustainable energy systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, data scientists, and futurists to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with global research institutions and tech conglomerates
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and board stakeholders quarterly
- Monitor emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, decentralized networks) and assess commercial viability
- Secure and manage R&D budgets exceeding $20M for experimental initiatives
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces for industry summits and academic journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurist Studies with 10+ years in strategic tech roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two paradigm-shifting products with $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI development
- Executive presence with experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs and government technology councils
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, Science) or industry white papers
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year technology predictions implementation
