Responsibilities
- Architect 10-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies by 2026
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and deployment
- Partner with product teams to translate future visions into actionable development sprints
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on tech trajectory forecasts
- Establish KPIs measuring innovation velocity and market disruption readiness
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in quantum computing or AGI alignment (Nature/Science preferred)
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products with >$500M ARR
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies across 15+ jurisdictions
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurist Studies from Tier 1 institution
- Certification in Quantum Machine Learning and Neurosymbolic AI
