Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology foresight roadmaps using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional task forces to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated systems)
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring technology adoption readiness and market disruption potential
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with 5-year strategic objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to Fortune 500 clients and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal capability in anticipatory intelligence
- Author thought leadership publications for IEEE and World Economic Forum publications
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or innovation management with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends (demonstrated via published whitepapers or patents)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent technical field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Technology Roadmapping)
- Experience managing $10M+ innovation portfolios with measurable ROI
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain government-level clearance
