- Partner with policy teams to shape regulatory compliance for autonomous systems

Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in predictive technology modeling and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
