Responsibilities
- Develop roadmaps for quantum-integrated AI systems and decentralized infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (neurotech, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Collaborate with policy experts on ethical frameworks for 2026+ tech deployment
- Design scalable solutions for climate-positive technology implementation
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and strategic partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in advanced R&D with 5+ years in emerging tech strategy
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching category-defining tech products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
