Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough innovation)
- 5+ years leading R&D in AI, biotech, or aerospace with 3+ patents
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or neural network optimization
- Expertise in federated learning, blockchain consensus mechanisms, and neuromorphic computing
