Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, Web4.0, climate tech) for strategic alignment
- Present visionary blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Partner with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich on collaborative innovation initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists in ethical tech frameworks and scenario planning methodologies
- Drive patent portfolios and IP strategy for proprietary 2026-era technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling tech roadmaps for 2020+ innovations
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neural-symbolic AI, and decentralized systems
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech ethics or sustainability
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., GBN's Future Now, Shell's scenarios)
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized technologies launched in the past 5 years
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology accreditation
