Responsibilities

- Author thought leadership publications in Nature Technology and MIT Tech Review
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Cognitive Neuroscience with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of launching products integrating at least two emerging technologies (quantum/neural/AI)
- Deep expertise in futures methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning) and technology impact assessment
- Publication record in top-tier scientific journals or conference proceedings
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D funding from government or private sources
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Certification in Responsible AI Governance (IEEE or equivalent)
