- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-focused innovations into core offerings
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of executing successful large-scale tech transformation projects
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing C-level executives and external stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
