Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Systems Architecture
- 10+ years experience in emerging tech with 3+ patents in AI/quantum domains
- Proven track record leading $5M+ R&D initiatives with measurable 2026 roadmaps
- Expertise in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards for autonomous systems
- Published research in Nature or Science on human-machine integration
- Fluency in at least two of: Rust, Python, Q# (quantum programming)
